Archives in TinyList

To create an archive in TL is quite easy. In the /lists directory, create the file '(listname).archive'. Make sure it is permissioned '666', owned by 'nobody'. Thereafter, EVERY mesage passing through a list will appear in the archive IN IT'S ENTIRETY.

There, that's not too hard, is it?

Oh, READING the archive. Install TLarchivemenu.py and TLarchivereader.py in the web cgi-bin, permission 755, owner nobody- you know this by now. The new main menu has a link to the archive menu, and you can link to the archive menu with a simple html link, totally outside the main list menu- BUT, do not link directly to the READER script unless you know EXACTLY what you are doing!
